Rental Owners Associated of Douglas County (ROADC) is volunteers that are dedicated to training and educating landlords, on-site managers, professional property management companies and businesses related to owning and operating income properties.

So you own one or more rentals… You are one in thousands in Oregon labeled a Rental Owner. Owning and managing rental property isn’t a hobby, it’s a business. As in any profession, your probability of success is directly related to the amount of ongoing current education and training in which you choose to become involved, and that is what we are all about.

Our purpose is to maintain a professional ethics code as landlords by keeping abreast of changes in the laws and regulations which affect the rental housing industry. We accomplish these goals through education and interaction with each other.
